have met the return policy terms listed below.

To receive a full refund, you MUST follow the return policy terms below.

policy terms:
1. Artwork must be returned undamaged within (10) days of receipt of the
artwork.
2. Artwork must be packed properly and returned in the original shipping packaging.
3. Artwork must be shipped using a carrier that offers on-line tracking (e.g.,
Fedex, UPS).
4. Customer must email the return tracking number to Leonard Morales upon return
shipment.
5. Artwork must be insured for the full purchase price.
6. Customer is responsible for the return, and shipping and insurance charges.
